Frequently Asked Questions

Find out what cosmetic laser surgery involves and what you can expect from the treatments.

To protect the availability of our clinic time all appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a minimum fee of £50.00

How long will the treatment take?

This will depend on the treatment required and the size of the area to be treated. Most treatments take 15 to 30 minutes, although some procedures require a course of 3 to 6 treatments in order to gain the best results.

Will it hurt?

The majority of the procedures we offer are non invasive and therefore virtually painless for most patients. BOTOX® and Restylane® need to be administered with a small injection. During laser treatment, some patients may experience a slight tingling or stinging sensation, however, a built in cooling system does minimise this feeling. An anaesthetic cream can be used for sensitive areas prior to the treatment. More information regarding the specific procedure required can be covered during your consultation.

Will I need time to recover?

Some patients may experience a slight redness of the skin after a treatment. Recovery time for the redness to disappear can vary between a few hours and a few days depending on the treatment that has taken place.

What results will I see?

During your full consultation, Phoenix will be able to assess your treatment and discuss the results you can expect to see. Before and after photos specific to your treatment will be available so that you can see how the procedure has worked in the past.

How much will it cost?

Since we tailor each treatment to the individual needs of the patient, costs do vary. We will discuss specific costs with you at your initial consultation once a treatment has been determined.
